Revamping and maintenance of Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS) Portal
This has reference to the e-Tender published on www.eprocure.gov.in for Revamping and maintenance of Integrated Grievance Management System (IGMS) Portal (IRDA/IT/19-20/03 dated 14th Sep 2019, Tender ID – 2019_IRDAI_502536_1 and subsequent technical shortlisting of bidders dated 07th Feb, 2020.
Based on detailed scrutiny of financial bids submitted by the bidders, “M/s NSEIT Ltd.” has been selected for revamping of IGMS Portal, supply of hardware, software licenses, hosting & provide AMC support etc. for a period of 7 Years at a total cost of Rs 9,98,57,832/- (Rupees Nine Crore Ninety-Eight Lakh Fifty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred & Thirty-Two Only) + applicable taxes.
